It’s not every day you have the opportunity to landscape the home of a celebrity chef, making this an exciting and rewarding project for our team to deliver. Working closely with the client, we focused on creating an exceptional outdoor environment tailored to both lifestyle and function.

The true centrepiece of the project was a custom-built outdoor pavilion and kitchen space, developed in close collaboration with the clients to ensure it was highly functional for ongoing filming, entertaining, and everyday use. Designed to accommodate multiple cooking appliances — including a BBQ, rotisserie, pizza oven, and smoker — the outdoor kitchen became the heart of the space.

As part of the outdoor construction Sunshine Coast scope, thoughtful detailing was essential throughout, including a custom concrete bench with a clever dropdown feature for the rotisserie installation, along with a bespoke island bench serving as the main cooking and filming zone.

An edible garden was also a key priority, designed to be used daily during the filming of his cooking episodes — bringing together practicality, fresh produce, and a strong connection to the outdoors. This considered approach reflects the quality and care we bring to every Landscaping Sunshine Coast project.

The result is a beautifully integrated landscape and pavilion environment, tailored to both the site and the client’s unique lifestyle.
