This recently completed #sunrisebeach project solved a number of problems for the tenants of this duplex property. Being a shared pool there was no privacy and the backyards just didn’t work in any lifestyle capacity.

The solution was to split the pool into two individual private, modern, courtyard pools with well considered landscape areas adding significant value to the individual properties..

The team at living style co chopped, hammered , removed and added to the existing shell and the result has exceeded all expectations.
