The clients of this Coolum property were originally from the sub tropical climate of North QLD, they specifically wanted to emulate the gardens of this area and incorporate this into the design of their new Sunshine Coast home. The home, situated in a gated community met with body corporate approvals before discussion furthered regarding installing a pool into their outdoor space. Approvals met and site discussions furthered and the design of an outdoor area including concrete plunge pool, decking gardens etc was formed.
The unique plunge pool was Tiled on the outside face, including coping and a feature tile used for the waterline. Decking off one end of the pool created an outdoor entertaining space for family to enjoy and the incorporation of outdoor lighting to set the mood.
Large bluestone steppers were laid for a needed path around the side of the pool. Custom laser cut screens were installed for privacy on the boundary fence and also front entrance of the home. Lush tropical planting throughout the design including trellis and vine along fence.
